What comes in the package?

Your set of 10 nails and an application kit that includes a mini nail buffer, mini nail file, wooden cuticle pusher, nail glue, alcohol wipes, sheet of sticky adhesive tabs, and application and removal instruction cards.

How long do the nails last?

This depends on application:

1-2 days: Apply nails using the sticky adhesive tabs OR apply a thin line of glue from cuticle to free edge to the center of your nails. Because they are more likely to pop off, it is recommended to carry the glue with you in case of this situation.

1-3 weeks: Gently buff away the shine on your natural nails. Use the alcohol wipe to remove all dust. Apply a small dot of glue to the center of your nail and spread it out evenly. Apply the press on at a 45 degree angle with even pressure. Do not wet hands for at least 30min to 1 hour.

Are the nails reusable?

With proper care, yes.

Use the mini nail file to gently file the glue from the press on and reapply. You can reuse the nails up to 5 times.

How do I get my nail sizes?

The Sizing Page provides 3 different methods of sizing your nails. If your nails do not fit the standard sizes, select custom and add the to the note at checkout (i.e. 1, 4, 4.5, 6, 8 OR 15mm, 11mm ,12mm, 10mm, 9mm)

Can I refund or exchange my nails?

All sales are final due to the custom nature of each set—no returns. Sizing mistakes are the customer’s responsibility, so refunds won’t be issued for incorrect measurements. Please double-check your measurements before ordering.

Refunds or replacements are only offered if I make an error, such as the wrong size or shape. Orders can be canceled only if they haven’t been fulfilled. Report any defects or damages via email within two weeks, and I’ll do my best to help.

How long is processing and shipping?

Custom orders can take any where from 2-8 weeks to make and ship your order. Premade designs can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks. Once the item ships, it should arrive 5 business days with Standard Shipping and 3 days with Express Shipping (excluding holidays).
